Palsun Polycarbonate Solid Flat Sheeting is a durable, lightweight and transparent thermoplastic flat sheet used where high impact resistance, weather resistance and light transmission are required.

Solid Flat Sheets are one of the most durable and most impact resistant products we offer ; applications of this product vary and can be used across a wide variety of installations. These sheets look like GLASS but are x250 TIMES STRONGER than glass at the same thickness ; They are 100% Solid pieces of Polycarbonate with ; Thicknesses ranging from 1mm all the way up to 12mm thickness

Mid thicknesses (3mm ; 4mm ; 5mm ) used for roofing applications ; i.e Skylights ; Patios ; Pergolas ; Windows ; balcony guards Item

Mid to High thicknesses (6mm ; 8mm) used for safety / burglar proofing , Security doors , Safe rooms , Burglar bars , CNC guards , Cutting guards or custom projects

High thicknesses (10mm ; 12mm) usually reserved for projects requiring the most impact resistance :m

SUNLITE® Multiwall is a flat, Twinwall polycarbonate sheet designed to provide natural light while also improving thermal insulation with its hollow internal ribbed structure which creates an insulation air gap, making it lighter and more thermally efficient than a single-layer sheet

*SUNLITE is not simply installed like ordinary solid roofing sheets. Because multiwall sheets have hollow internal channels, correct orientation, sealing/taping of the channels, suitable profiles, fixing methods, expansion allowances and roof pitch are important for long-term performance.
