PolycarbDirects EZ Glaze™ is a premium profiled polycarbonate roofing sheet designed to give a FLAT glass-like appearance without the weight and fragility of glass. It is aimed primarily at residential and light architectural roofing applications such as patios, pergolas, verandas, carports and sunrooms
EZ Glaze as an impact-resistant polycarbonate roofing sheet with a proprietary profile designed to provide high load capacity and allows for lower /almost flat pitched roofs. The profile itself adds rigidity, allowing the sheet to span between appropriately positioned supports/rafters

Installation
It is important to follow the guidance of the installation manual throughout installation. Roof pitch, **rafter spacing**, fastener locations, overlaps and wind/loading requirements should be taken into consideration from the EZ Glaze installation guide before installed.
It is highly recommended to use an authorised installer for this product as specific spacing is required for the rafters of your structure to be exactly 600mm from centre to centre support.
-On either end of the EZ Glaze panel sits a box shape male/female RIB connector ; when installed (overlapped with one another and fastened to the structure) this creates a water tight seal , allowing EZ Glaze structures to have lower angled / flat roofs ; minimum 3 degree pitch.
